Waterman #5 Red Ripple (5-1/2") - Rare Grey Nib $1450Excellent condition. No cracks or chips. The #5 is smaller than #7 and and has a flared end of the cap.
This is a rare pen with correct grey cap band indicating the nib "color". The "grey" nib
was designated by Waterman as "Grey, Oblique, for those who hold the pen at an angle or between
the [index and middle] fingers". The grey nib is a left oblique nib, right tine longer than the left (looks like a left foot).
It is an extremely smooth writer. The matching grey cap band has been replaced.
