Orange Conklin Endura Flattop (4-3/8"). - Red Hard Rubber. $245
Waterman 56 Black Chased Hard Rubber (5-1/2") $325
Waterman #7 Red Ripple (5-1/2") - Red Nib $350
Waterman #5 Black - Red nib (5") $175 PARKER
Streamlined Parker Duofold Senior Jade Green (5-1/8"). $1200
Near perfect color. No barrel darkening.
Tiny spots on the cap, but this is likely part of the pattern.
Ink sac not installed to preserve the color. It will be installed at the buyer's request.
The barrel has a date code which is unusual since Parker stopped making these Duofolds in 1933 and
they began date coding their pens in 1934. Best guess is that the pen went back to the factory for repair.
If true, this makes the extraordinary condition of this pen even more remarkable.

This pen is the successor to the color band red ripple pens. These #5 (and #7) pens used the same keyhole color designated
nibs as their predecessors. Rather than indicate the nib "color" by a cap band as in the case of the red
ripple models, the color was denoted by an appropriately colored dot with an inscribed "5" (or "7") at the end of the barrel.
This one is in excellent condition with virtually no marks, cracks or chips. The barrel imprint is very crisp.
In Waterman's color designation for their nibs a red is "standard configuration for correspondence".
